As a manager of Sony VAIO EMEA English customer and technical support team, the main duties and responsibilities include hiring and training call center agents, monitoring call center performance, resolving customer issues, and creating a positive work environment. The role involves collaborating with HR and L&D teams to ensure effective hiring and training of call center agents. It also involves monitoring call center metrics and ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Additionally, creating a team-oriented environment and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment is a crucial aspect of the role.
